I usually download the video, then turn it into audio using movie maker, but this is probably easier.

Download the youtube video using a program (http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-YouTube-Download.htm) works well.
Go onto www.onetruemedia.com and add those files you downloaded, and you can edit. You can add songs, and annimations. Its a good program to use.
